Iniesta was concerned as Spain cruised to a cozy 2- lead at fifty percent-time. The Barcelona star brilliantly set up Spain’s first two goals in the opening fifteen minutes for David Villa and David Silva, and was in a class of his personal for much of the very first fifty percent, but was compelled to depart ahead of the interval right after feeling a tweak in his thigh. @Chaillzz By champions league I mean their key players either won or featured prominently in decent sides like Zidane, Thuram, Henry, Desailly, Trezeguet etc, etc. (take note, none of them were pure French) Arian I’m not sure if I spelt right but you know what I mean (blonde/blue eye, features typical of the northern hemisphere). I guess it’s down to opinion… I’m off gonna find more footy vids

@Chaillzz Thats ok it’s a debate. I’m not the strongest of England fans anyway as I beleive the nation over hypes average players like Barry. I actually fault the new German team was both refreshing and dynamic, that’s why they thrashed us (England). What about France 98 to 2006. Not many of that starting team was even born in France but they cleaned up (world cup, euro cup, world player of the year, champions league) and 2 non Arian Germans are playing well for Madrid (Ozil / Kadeira)

@RemofRenaissance sorry, if i insulted you..
    But it is so.
    Ex. Germany.

  • By RemofRenaissance, March 7, 2011 @ 12:05 am

@Chaillzz Interesting point, but I can’t agree with that as I’m black. What I will say is too many imports have stopped us developing real talent and when decent players come through we over price them like Barry so top teams buy foreigners instead. Also in the last world cup it was in the main the er hem traditional players that failed to shine (Barry, Rooney, Terry, Carragher, actually all of em). Cole on the other hand was very consistent. For us to improve we need a quota on imports

The Spanish Netherlands (Dutch: Spaanse Nederlanden, Spanish: Países Bajos españoles) was a portion of the Low Countries controlled by Spain from the sixteenth to the eighteenth century. When part of the Netherlands separated from Spanish rule and became the United Provinces in 1581 the remainder of the area became known as the Spanish Netherlands and was still under the control of Spain. This region comprised modern Belgium, Luxembourg as well as part of northern France.
